3. Product Design & Variations

✔ Color & Design Consistency: We ensure that color and design remain the same as shown in the product listing. However, in some cases, the print may vary slightly due to fabric availability and production.

✔ Customer Approval: In case of any minor print variation, we will share product images with you before dispatch to ensure transparency.

✔ No Fraudulent Practices: We believe in honest business practices, and customer trust is our top priority. We never engage in misleading tactics—your satisfaction matters most.

4. Shipping & Delivery

✔ Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 5-8 working days, depending on your location.

✔ Shipping Charges: Any applicable shipping charges will be mentioned at checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges

✔ Return Window: Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their product.

✔ Return Eligibility: Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

✔ Exchange Process: If an exchange is required, customers need to return the original item first and then place a new order.
